So Lydia seems to have learned some new things recently.
-Today I found her twice straddling the railing of her bed stuck wanting to climb out but not knowing the next step. I guess its time to transition to a toddler bed.
-She was found mixing salt and pepper from the shakers on the dining room table in her sand pail with a fork, the beginning of playing pretend.
-She was also entertaining herself with the empty laundry baskets in the living room climbing in and out, even when they were on couch. And meticulously putting the activity bar back on the empty bouncer only to minutes later viciously bounce it, oblivious of mom and dad's laughter.
Caleb is doing new things too. Last night, he slept in his crib for the first time at night. He is rapidly outgrowing his bassinet, kicking the sides of it when he is in there awake. He is eating only 5 times a day, totally happy otherwise. Mommy won't complain. He is beginning to enjoy his play mat and kicking the rattles. He smiles frequently and Lydia love to give him attention.
Mom and Dad are staying busy as well.
